RockLock™: The Adjustable Arm Safety System That’s Changing the Industry

Handle and Move Massive Stone Slabs—Without the Massive Risk

The RockLock™ TAF 30 is the industry’s strongest safety frame for transporting stone slabs on flatbed trucks. Engineered to secure up to 30 slabs with zero tipping, shifting, or guesswork, it delivers four layers of built-in protection to safeguard your crew and your cargo:

Undermount Bolt-On System – Heavy-duty mounting bar bolts through the truck bed, locking the frame in place with zero movement.

RockLock™ Adjustable Arms – Patented locking arms secure each slab individually to prevent tipping during loading, unloading, or transit.

Barrier Poles – Upright containment poles prevent lateral shifting and provide added slab support from both sides.

Collision Barrier Bar – A front-facing steel bar shields the truck cab by stopping slabs from entering the driver’s space in the event of a sudden stop or crash.

This isn’t just a rack—it’s a fully integrated slab transport safety system trusted by industry professionals who refuse to compromise on safety.

Transporting Slabs on Flatbeds? One Mistake Can Cost Everything.

Regularly, fabricators and distributors load full-size slabs onto flatbeds with ratchet straps, wooden A-frames, and crossed fingers. The result?

  • Workers crushed while loading and unloading

  • Tipped slabs on the interstate

  • Broken and shattered inventory

  • Large spills causing dangerous messes and expensive cleanups

  • OSHA violations, fines, and lawsuits

Semi-truck granite spill on I-24 causes massive delays.

One incident can shut down your operation, destroy your margins, or worse—take a life.

Result:
➡️ At no time is a slab unsecured.

FAQS

What makes Safe Stone Handling’s equipment different?

Our patented RockLock™ Safety Arm System and Vertical Support Posts are engineered to prevent slabs from tipping or falling during loading, unloading, and transport. Unlike traditional A-frames, our products are designed to survive sudden stops and collisions, protecting your team and your cargo.

Who is this equipment designed for?

Safe Stone Handling solutions are made for slab importers, wholesalers, distributors, and fabricators—any company that transports, warehouses, or installs large stone slabs.

Can your A-frame systems fit my existing trucks or trailers?

Yes! Our systems are designed for easy “bolt-on” and HD Tie Down Chain Binders installation to fit most truck beds, semi-trailers, and even smaller transport equipment.

Will this really reduce injuries and insurance claims?

Absolutely. Our engineered systems dramatically reduce the risk of slab falls, which are a leading cause of injuries and fatalities in the industry. Investing in safer equipment protects your people, reduces worker’s compensation claims, and protects your bottom line.

Is this equipment expensive?

While there’s a premium for high-quality, U.S.-made equipment, the cost is small compared to the savings from fewer injuries, reduced product damage, and avoiding legal liabilities.
