Standard Truck A-Frame with RockLock

Engineered Slab Transport for Trucks

The first safe way of handling and holding stone slabs.

The SAFE Truck A-Frame with RockLock™ is a heavy-duty truck-mounted system engineered specifically for the transportation, loading and unloading of stone slabs.

Developed by an engineer with 30+ years of industry experience solving slab handling challenges.

Its primary safety feature is the patented RockLock™ mechanism, which mechanically stabilizes the slab load during loading and unloading. For road transportation, conventional straps secure the slabs on each side of the A-frame. Heavy-duty round tubing at upper and lower strap-contact areas helps reduce strap wear and potential tearing.

An integrated Collision Bar provides additional forward protection between the slab load and truck cab, while removable Barrier Poles provide an additional level of protection should a transport strap fail.

Engineering Overview: Standard Truck A-Frame with RockLock

Meet the Standard Truck A-Frame with RockLock

Integrated Mechanical Compression for Controlled Slab Transport

Safety Features
✅ Collusion Bar - prevents slabs from sliding into the driver's cab
Patented RockLock™ stabilization during loading and unloading.

Purpose-built specifically for stone slab transportation.

Undermount for Permanent stone hauling and Top-mount for temporary hauling.

Heavy-duty structural steel construction.

Integrated Collision Bar provides additional forward protection.

✅ Barrier Poles provide secondary protection in the event of strap failure.

✅ Heavy-duty round tubing at upper and lower strap-contact areas helps reduce strap wear and tearing.

✅ Replaceable wood slab-contact surfaces.

✅ Integrated ladder storage.

✅ Complete transportation and handling safety system rather than a conventional A-frame alone.

How it works

1.     During loading, raise the RockLock™ arm only enough to allow the incoming slab to be placed against the existing load.

2.     Immediately lower the RockLock™ arm against the outer slab. The arm engages its adjustable locking position and restricts outward movement.

3.     Repeat the RAISE → LOAD → LOWER → SECURE sequence with every incoming slab.

4.     After loading, position the Barrier Poles and secure the load with conventional transport straps on each side.

5.     During unloading, keep RockLock™ engaged until the outermost slab is ready to be removed. Raise the arm, remove the slab, and immediately lower the arm against the next remaining slab.

6.     Repeat the RAISE → REMOVE → LOWER → SECURE sequence until unloading is complete.
