A heavy-duty countertop transfer rack designed to safely hold and transfer countertop materials without the traditional holding bars and ratchet straps commonly used on conventional transfer racks.

The SSTR 2500 incorporates Safe Stone Handling's well-known RockLock™ mechanical stabilization concept, combined with adjustable compression screws and spring-loaded flexible cushioning pads to securely hold countertop materials without sticking to, marking or damaging finished surfaces.

This system is not strapless. Conventional straps or approved tie-downs are required for transport applications.


How to use the Single-Sided Transfer Rack with RockLock

1.            Load the countertop pieces onto the transfer rack.


2.            Position the holding bars against the countertop load in the nearest bottom pin hole.


3.            Hook the upper pins of the holding bars onto the RockLock™ bar at the top of the rack.


4.           Adjust the height and depth of the compression screws to accommodate staggered pieces of different sizes.


5.           Turn the two compression screws on each holding bar to apply controlled pressure against the countertop material.


6.           The spring-loaded flexible cushioning pads absorb shock and help prevent over-tightening while maintaining secure contact with the countertop.


7.           To release the load, simply reverse the compression screws and remove the holding bars.


8.           Drop, hook & lock.
